Our Journey
Sergio Lima founded his first construction company twenty years ago, starting as a second-tier subcontracting business in New Jersey with only one wood framing crew.
He approached the new challenge with the mentality he developed from his experience in the software developing industry: recognizing value in good partners based on good practices.
He used this strategy to his advantage in getting
the best quality crews to compensate for his lack of experience in the construction field.
